24 performances of traditional music as we count down to Christmas. Inverness is a city that is bursting at the seams with music and throughout the Countdown to Christmas our Advent Calendar Ceilidh Trail will see some of our finest young musicians exploring our City Centre in order to entertain you. Our musicians have been told to boldly go where no musician has gone before which naturally led to a flurry of emails that some of our young stars are going to use every trick in the book to ensure that James gets tea in a Kirk. We are hoping to cling on to the hope that this enterprise will prove to be a long running series that will energise you and musically transport you in such a way that you will be beaming. From December 1st to December 24th don’t be surprised if you find that your toes are tapping when you least expect them to. Our musicians have been told to produce some stunning performances and we expect that with their help that our Advent Calendar Ceilidh Trail is going to live long and prosper. |
