Craft and Food Festival - Summer at Eden | Eden Court - 10.00 - 5.00
Exclusively Highlands presents Summer at Eden - a display of the finest Arts, Crafts and Food from across Scotland. Our first event of the 2015 calendar takes place within the beautifully restored Bishop's Palace of Eden Court, Inverness. It is a great opportunity to purchase something uniquely beautiful or wonderfully tasty, all handmade within Scotland. It is also a chance for you to meet an array of craftspeople at work; from glassmakers, preservists, textilers and artists to silversmiths, jewellers, bakers and seamstresses; the makers themselves will be demonstrating how traditional techniques are still used to make contemporary items. We will be supporting the Inverness M. S. Centre as always and entry is free.

Head for the hills in beautiful Glen Cannich. From the summit of the Corbett, Sgorr na Diollaid, we hope to have views towards the hills of the neighbouring glens; Glen Affric and Glen Strathfarrar. This walk is on rough ground. Please wear suitable hill walking clothing and footwear and bring lunch.

World Orienteering Championships & Scottish 6 Days Festival of Orienteering | 25 miles radius of the Event Centre at Eden Court - 1600
Starting with the World Champs Sprint qualifier in Forres, Highland and Moray will be awash with adventure runners from all over the world. Runners of all ages, shapes and sizes will be taking part in the family 6 days festival throughout the coming week, before watching the world's elite doing it in front of TV cameras and giant screens showing GPS tracking of how these amazing endurance athletes manage to find their way while running at the edge of exhaustion.
